Optimising Procurement: Posterity Global's Support for WLGA Digital Training Procurement

The Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) required support to execute an efficient procurement process for digital training courses. Posterity Global collaborated with WLGA and the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) experts to establish a multidisciplinary team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. This collaborative approach aimed to deliver a streamlined procurement process with a minimal viable documentation set and timeline.
Adopting an agile methodology, Posterity Global successfully developed and published all necessary go-to-market documentation within a two-week period, completing this phase one week ahead of schedule. We also designed a proportionate evaluation methodology and structured moderation sessions that accommodated national public holidays while ensuring the swift and accurate scoring of all bids.

Posterity Global's approach enabled the delivery of a highly successful and efficient procurement process for Digital Training Courses for the WLGA. The procurement was completed within the lower budget level initially proposed, resulting in a 20% saving in both cost and time.
