Nathan Davies is a Doctoral Student at the Oxford Internet Institute. His research researches focuses on Digital Government transformation, the procurement of emerging technologies, and increasing procurement from non-traditional suppliers.
He holds an MSc from Oxford (Distinction) and a BA from Cambridge (Double First Class with Distinction). Before beginning his PhD, he gained experience working in early-stage technology start-ups, assisting in delivering the European Commission’s GovTech Connect Programme and conducting research at an internet-safety NGO and the Harvard Kennedy School.
